These terms govern your use of k9mold.com and your engagement of K9 Mold LLC ("K9 Mold," "we," "us") for inspection services. By using this website or hiring us, you agree to these terms. A signed inspection agreement, when provided, governs the specific engagement and controls over these terms where they differ.

Our services

K9 Mold provides mold and indoor environmental inspection services, including canine scent detection, real-time airborne particle analysis, moisture and thermal assessment, visual inspection, and laboratory sampling, with written reporting. We are an inspection-only company. We do not perform mold remediation, repairs, or reconstruction, and we do not accept compensation from remediation companies for referrals.

Scope and limits of an inspection

• An inspection is a professional assessment of conditions observable and measurable at the property on the date of service, using the methods described in your report. Conditions can change after the inspection date.
• Inspections are non-invasive except where you authorize specific access, such as borescope openings. Concealed conditions without an available inspection pathway may not be detectable.
• Canine alerts, instrument readings, and laboratory results are investigative findings, not medical advice. We do not diagnose health conditions or advise on medical treatment. Questions about health belong with your physician.
• Reports are prepared for the client who hired us and for the property inspected. They may not be relied upon by other parties or for other properties without our written consent.

Scheduling, access, and payment

• You agree to provide safe access to the property and to secure pets during the inspection.
• Fees are quoted before service and payment is due as stated in your inspection agreement or invoice.
• If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, K9 Mold's total liability arising out of or related to an inspection or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
